hela Sverige Region Europe North (REN in short) Information Services is a support function covering 8 countries in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Its main responsibility is to guarantee high quality IT services to internal and external end-users. This we do with a team of approximately 40 IT professionals with the support of Global IS teams and external suppliers.
REN IS processes are aligned with Global standards, which are based on industry best practises. We are now looking for a Manager for our SAP team.
The position is placed in either Espoo, Finland, Lidingö, Sweden or Tallinn, Estonia. The Manager for the SAP team reports to Head of IS in REN and is a member of the Regional IS management team. The SAP team consists of 10 professionals.
Main responsibilities are:
• consulting Business teams about IT possibilities
• converting Business demand to high quality IT solutions based on global architectures
• providing the Business with daily IT services according to set SLA's
• managing internal partners and external suppliers
• financial and human resource management within function
We are now looking for a manager for our SAP team who can become a key player in supporting our IT department. We strive to be a valued supplier for our internal customers. You are going to work togehter with colleagues who will support you in a challenging international working environment where you get the chance to take on interesting tasks aimed to improve our business.
We apreciate:
• excellent leadership skills
• experience in working in a subsidiary of a global company, managing dispersed teams and 3rd party suppliers
• good experience in Business process management and IT development methodologies
• good track record in communication and building relations between people and organisations
• good understanding of SAP ECC 6.0
• fluency in English
