OT - Outbound and export within Scania is responsible for Outbound transportation globally, export control and invoicing for all of our products. Our goal is to create stable and controlled flows through continuous improvements.
OTD - Outbound & Export development is responsible for challenging and improving the outbound and export process, meaning that improvements and deviations in the process are identified, visualized and directed to the right functions. The main area of responsibility lies within the industrial side but we strive to improve the entire supply chain, End to End, to generate increased delivery performance as well as reduced lead times. We have just started the journey to be digitalized by rolling out new platforms for our main systems. These will give us new opportunities by being the base for our continuous improvements reaching a new level.
The current manager for OTD is leaving the position due to retirement and we are now looking for his replacer.
Your work assignment
You will be responsible for a team working with flow optimization and implementation of improvements throughout the entire O2D process globally. This by working cross-functional with both industrial and commercial functions. You will be supporting this team of process developers and project leaders with your knowledge and to develop them in their roles in order to be successful and to take on bigger tasks in the future.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with great interest and experience within Logistics and/or the O2D process. As a person, you have leadership skills with excellent motivation and communication proficiency. You have years of experience as a manager and like a dynamic environment.
You are goal and customer oriented and have a high accountability. You use a holistic view on things and have the ability to prioritize amongst many activities and subjects. A good contact network within CO, S&M and P&L is an advantage. Also additional languages than Swedish and English is meriting.
