The Position
Roche Diagnostics in Sweden is looking for a Manager Diabetes Care (Tender), reporting to the Head of Diabetes Care in Sweden, to further strengthen the Diabetes Care business. As a Manager Diabetes Care, based in Bromma, you will be responsible for the whole Tender Management process for the blood glucose monitoring and Insulin Delivery System business for Sweden as well as for Finland. As part of the role you will be responsible for monitoring and describing the tender market in each region; this includes the monitoring of the regions, the products currently used in each region and country as well as the duration of each tender on the market. You will analyze each tender systematically, propose ideal pricing offers for our products and suggest strategies to help gain market share.
Ongoing communication with the Leadership Team and Sales ? Key Accounts will also be critical to maximize our success.
Who you are
You?re self-driven, have a proactive attitude and someone who wants to influence your own development. The person we are looking for has 3-4 years working experience either as a Consultant, Business Analyst and/or Market Analyst preferably in a healthcare company. Previous work experience with tenders or the field of diabetes can be an asset. You have a relevant academic degree in business, strong analytical skills, business acumen and your teamwork and communication skills are above average.
You must possess excellent skills in all MS office programs, especially MS Excel is mandatory. You are focused to create value, energized by delivering results and you are open minded with an eagerness to innovate, learn and change.
You also possess excellent communication skills in Swedish, good communication skills in English and Finnish. Finally, you are someone who has high interest to grow within the company and contribute actively to the success of Roche Diagnostics.
