Volvo Bil i Göteborg AB is a profit generating entity 100% owned by Volvo Car Group.
On a yearly basis Volvo Bil manages app. 20.000 Volvo units through new and used car sales to Volvo employees, AB Volvo, Volvo Cars and Hertz. Volvo Bil i Göteborg AB has app. 300 employees and a turnover of 6.000 MSEK.
Our divisions range from vehicle rental and vehicle sales to repairs and services including fuel and car care facilities. Our four branches are located in Volvo City, Arendal, Lundby and Tuve.

We are now looking for a person to take on the leadership for the reception and customer support at our new establishment VBTO.
The position reports directly to the Sr. Manager Customer Relations and will work in close co-operation with other departments and representatives from sales and the service market.


The customer support reception is a new department with the highest customer experience as priority no 1. New working processes will be developed and established, and the Manager of Customer Support / Reception will be responsible and have a key role in securing a professional and customer oriented team and setting the basis for great cooperation within the company. The Manager of Customer Support / Reception will also be expected to take on a leadership role that will contribute towards the team's growth and objectives.


Main responsibilities

* Identify and capture customer needs, external and internal expectations.
* Develop short and long term objectives for the new department (e.g. quality, customer satisfaction and process delivery).
* Develop and implement new working processes.
* Secure a close co-operation with other areas of the organization.
* Perform and deliver "above what is expected" to provide exceptional support and service to customers.
* Staff management, planning of the daily operation of the customer reception.
* Role development, employee development, development and empowerment of the team.
* Handling budget and follow-up of financial results.
* Active contribution in operative, tactic and strategic discussions driving change and improvement, contributing to the development and success of the company.
* Act as a true ambassador for Volvo Bil, internally and externally.

Required qualifications

* Bachelor degree or equivalent in business management or similar.
* Proven people management skills. 5+ years of experience from different management positions.
* 5+ years minimum of experience from customer related positions.
* Broad experience from retail business with a proven ability to deliver results.
* Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
* A valid driver's license.
