Since launching PureBallast in 2006, we've achieved a market-leading position and sold over 3000 systems to ship owners and shipyards globally. As environmental legislation gains momentum, it will drive our service business even more rapidly in coming years. Now we're looking for a Manager Compliance Services who wants to help us make a difference in the world. So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
About the job
As a Manager for Compliance Service you will be a part of the management teams in both Alfa Laval Marine Service and AlfaWall. In the Alfa Laval service team you will be responsible for three employees growing into eight within a year. Your main tasks will be:
• Define and implement the business strategies and sales action plans for the PureBallast product.
• Develop and implement service sales packages for the PureBallast products
• Develop and manage support structure to sales companies for service agreement sales and implementation
• Key customer project negotiations together with sales companies
Who are you?
You are a commercial and technical orientated leader who strives to achieve defined goals and completing tasks on time. The ability to lead and motivate others are naturel for you as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships. Further, you are a great communicator who always drives for exceeding.
What you know?
• Master's degree, preferably within a commercial or technical field
• Experience from international service sales
• Leadership experience
• Previous knowledge of complex contract negotiations
• Legal basic contract competence of at least basic level
• Management team experience
