CatheWill is an in vivo pharmacology outsourcing company to provide the high quality of systemic pharmacology and therapeutic nutrition services to international pharmaceutical and nutritional companies. CatheWill consists of a number of global opinion leaders and experts with both advanced knowledge and practical experience in the respective disciplines. CatheWill provides a number of bio-pharmaceutical and nutritional services, including target identification and validation in human tissues, drug screening and optimization in the in vivo system, biomarker development for drug PK & PD & Tox, and biotechnological supports. Position Summary:
CatheWill is currently looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for the new business development. Duties of this position will include 1). To plan and implement marketing projects, within agreed deadlines and allocated promotional budgets, 2). To manage and lead marketing orientation, advertising, event promotions, collateral development, Web development and e-marketing, and 3). To support marketing strategies, sales support, direct revenue generation, lead generation, retention, product launches/upgrades, creating brand awareness and customer relationship management. This individual will support from an analytical standpoint the strategic business development initiatives, participate business development initiatives, and present recommendations to management and negotiating deals. This position is ideal for a high potential individual with strong interpersonal and analytical skills interested in gaining significant transactional experience in the business development area. This individual will travel between Europe and Asia and manage the most of business development in Asia. The individual must have strong and extensive networks and associations with local authorities and companies. Excellent communication and organizational skills in both English and Chinese are a must.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with professional marketing qualification
• Knowledge of business-to-business marketing ideally within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies.
• Education on marketing promotion and advertisement
• Experience with direct marketing, Web marketing, advertising, collateral production, support
• Experience of preparing tactical marketing plans, working to budget and time deadlines, and reporting ROI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good problem solving skills and cost management skills
• Setting priorities with flexible strategy in changing environment
• To adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
• Strong project management skills and strength in managing multiple projects/deadlines.
• Creativity and imagination.
• Proved record on business development and ability to travel as needed.
• Experienced in using Dreamweaver, Sales Force.com, Fireworks, Photoshop, Dream Mail and Web content management systems is advantageous.
