Head of Business Performance Management (business control) for the Business division

What does the Head of BPM Business do?
In the role as manager for the Business team within BPM (Business Performance Management) you coach, develop and support the BPM Business team (which currently consists of 3 senior controllers) and drive the co-operation and common way of work across the BPM teams. You work as a business partner to the head of the Business division where you are responsible for the business performance management process, including the planning and forecasting processes, within the division. You provide management information to the Business management team with interpretation of financial data, business decision support, various financial analyses as well as support on business cases and price model/pricing strategy initiatives. Part of your role is also to drive and support improvement/efficiency initiatives. You will be reporting to the Head of BPM.

In Business Performance Management you will work close to our business, have the opportunity to build a large network and be exposed to the management teams.
Do we have a match?
To be suitable for the position you have:
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Business and/or Financial Controlling Highly developed understanding of financial processes Deep understanding of financial and business models/analysis Good understanding of project management Proven track record from controlling, business performance management, pricing strategies and efficiency initiatives Ability to think strategically, i.e. see the big picture Open to change and strong in driving change Strong communication skills Fluent in English, written and verbal
