Fortos Management Consulting is the internal management consulting group within the Volvo Group. It is an independent unit hosted by Volvo IT and employs 100 skilled consultants.
Our offices are in Sweden (Gothenburg), France (Lyon), and North America (Greensboro) with plans to establish an office in Asia (Shanghai) during 2011. Fortos Management Consulting is divided into three practice areas; Corporate Performance, Commercial and Operations.
The Fortos mission is to be the ideal management consulting partner for Volvo Group. We add value to Volvo Group by supporting initiatives linked to key business area/unit challenges.
Fortos is now looking for newly graduates to join our Fortos Consultant Program
As a Management consultant you will
Take part in Fortos Management Consulting customer delivery projects and assignments
Take part in and contribute to Fortos internal development
Support the Fortos organisation with market analysis, benchmarks and contribution to thought leadership within your competence area.
Through the Fortos Consultant Program you will
Take part in the Volvo Group common training
Take part in Fortos internal training
Participate in projects and assignments together with Fortos Management Consultants
Have the possibility to job rotate within Volvo
The position is located in Gothenburg and will require travelling.
Overall
Valid work permit for applied country if not citizen
Well spoken and written English. (Additional languages are given merit)

Education and possible specialisation:
The successful candidate has a Master of Science in Management and Economics of Innovation
Knowledge of other languages; Spanish and Swedish is prioritised
It is preferable with previous life experience beyond school and university e.g. having lived and/or worked abroad
Curious and open to assignments in different work contexts/areas
