We are particularly looking for ambitious management consultants who are able to deliver within one or more of the following service areas:
Strategy - You have the experience of performing and leading analysis of strategic issues and transferring that analysis into value adding advice to clients in leading organisations. You appreciate the necessity for strategies to be actionable and founded in reality, and you can interact comfortably with client representatives on all levels of seniority.
Business control and performance management- You should have experience and the skills and knowledge to develop finance transformation strategies, evaluate financial potential and assist in the transformation process in order to realise the identified benefits. You should have solid experience from managing successful finance transformation Business Control and Performance Management processes.
Operational excellence - You should have professional experience in helping companies to optimize their core services and support services while reducing cost. Your capabilities should cover organizational strategy and design, process transformation, solutions implementation and change management.

Is this you?
An academic degree at Master level
Very good communication skills - written as well as oral, in Swedish and English
Experience from a leading management consulting firm.
Total work experience of 2-5 years
Ability to think at a strategic level and understand business strategy
Analytical and facilitation skills to assess and challenge business issues - to debate key issues with senior managers and agree priorities
Strong analytical skills
Self-motivation and determination to exceed expectations
Excellent team working skills, a solid network and good relationship-building skills
