Arbetsuppgifter:
We are seeking a strong candidate to join our Stockholm office as a Consultant. As a BCG Consultant, you go deeper to solve our clients biggest challenges and make a positive, lasting impact on their businesses and the world. You will begin to develop specialized knowledge and manage significantly larger and more complex components of our projects. In addition, you will work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance. As a member of our consulting team, you will work alongside some of the worlds top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career at BCG and beyond.
Utbildning/Erfarenhet:
Masters Degree minimum, Economics or Business related Degree advantegous. 5-7 years work experience in a top consultancy firm. Must have worked on digital transformation projects. Computer literacy: Windows, Excel and PowerPoint. Tableau and Alteryx advantegous. Strong analytical, logical & problem solving mindset. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. KEY COMPETENCIES: Resourcefulness and can-do attitude. High degree of flexibility to accommodate a fast-paced environment. Strong drive. Relentless curiosity. Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team. Ability to work in multi-cultural environment. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, conveying a positive personal and professional image. Ability to respect all BCG client/employee information as personal and confidential.
