Experienced Management Consultant at Fortos Title Management Consultant Position Description Fortos is looking for experienced management consultants, who want to rapidly advance their careers, make real impact and be part of building a great management consulting firm. As a Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior client executives and Fortos colleagues in developing and implementing business shaping strategies and setting the momentum in major transformation programs. You typically work in projects, where you are responsible to structure complex problems and tasks, collect and analyze data as well as define conclusions and recommendations for our clients. You also play an important role in building client relationships. As all Fortos consultants, you will take an active part in developing and shaping Fortos. Qualifications - what we look for: .2-6 years of Management Consulting experience or equivalent, preferably within some of the areas: Strategy & Business Support, Sales & Aftermarket or Operations & Product Development .People who achieve - high performers with strong drive, energy and high ambition .Exceptional problem solving - ability to structure complex problems and synthesize findings .Team players - open minded with ability to network, as well as contributing as an inspirational team member. We value diverse backgrounds in our team .People with ability to build strong client relationships .People who have personal integrity and ability to exercise sound judgment and common sense
