hela Sverige We are now looking for a highly qualified Management Assistant to support Vice President BU Generation as well as Director Generation Onshore, and the work within their respective management teams. Both VP BU Generation and Director Generation Onshore are based in Stockholm, but with managerial responsibilities across all countries where Vattenfall BA Wind is present. This is a key role in an inspiring and international environment, and will significantly contribute to the efficiency of the department.
Secretarial and administrative support to two managers, including diary and coordinate travel management under guidance, as well as pro-actively.
Setting up internal and external meetings, organizing larger meetings and employee/manager events, with associated logistics.
Supporting all aspects of the monthly Generation Management Team meetings as well as Onshore Management Team meetings, including attending the meetings and responsible for documentation.
Offer general support and problem solving related to Vattenfall administrative processes for BU Generation team members based in Arenastaden.
A Bachelor degree or equivalent and minimum two years of relevant work experience
Discretion in relation to commercial and staff related issues
IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, SAP and Live link
Service-minded with a bridge-building personality, ability to communicate with all levels across the organisation
High drive and ability to work independently and make decisions
Highly organized and able to prioritize and structure work
Willingness to travel to other European offices
Fluent in English.

Location for this role is Stockholm, Solna and the position will require frequent travel to various site locations internationally.
