You have knowledge in the following areas:
Proven advanced training in business management, strategic communication or equivalent
Leadership skills and experience
Evidence of experience and understanding from working with processes within Ingka
Experience from Leading and managing projects
Excellent listening, verbal, written and presentation communication skills in English language

Experience from business transformation is a great advantage.
Your responsibilities
In this role you will assist the Group Real Estate Manager, supporting, contributing and leading across a range of initiatives, projects and operational tasks.
You will work as part of the Group Real Estate management team with the specific key responsibilities to
Plan, coordinate and administrate the business year cycle, the management meeting structure and the official governance connected to Real Estate
Lead specific assignments and projects connected to Group Real Estate agenda
Prepare, organize and co-ordinate various internal and external meetings, forums and conferences, agenda design, preparation material, minutes, following up on actions, etc.
Provide Real Estate Manager and Management team with administrative support in daily business
Act as representative for the Group Real Estate Manager in various initiatives and forums, actively contributing and influencing the output
Manage various contacts, internal and external, to ensure prioritization, provide guidance and field initial queries; as well as manage Real Estate internal communication hubs
Plan & execute different projects, as per the business need

You will report to the Group Real Estate Manager and be part of the Real Estate Management team. This position is placed in Malmö, Sweden.
