Region Northern Europe and Central Asia (RECA) is responsible for sales and delivery in Nordic and Baltic countries - Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden - and Central Asian countries - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. The organization consists of 2,700 employees.
RECA Operations has responsibility for contract fulfillment and delivery (Projects, Customer Support, Supply, Managed services, IFS). Operations is also responsible for developing skills and capabilities needed to support sales engagements. Competence Domains (within Operations) is part of pre- and post-sales for products, services, and solutions.

Experience
• Operation Management Consulting tasks - having performed investigations of an Operators way of working and given improvement suggestions
• 10+ years working experience in technical and senior management roles in an operator's organization and/or Network Management Center.
• Exposure to all areas of an operator's Network Operation including O&M, Engineering/Planning and Roll-out aspects
• Have proven experience in matching the cost to the operating environment and optimizing the organization, tools and processes on a continuous basis
• Have proven experience in representing the Operator in negotiations with suppliers, customers and other local operators
• Experience in leading organizations facing major changes
• Engineering degree/MBA or equivalent

Qualifications
• Understanding of Outsourcing/Managed Services principles in the areas of dimensioning, competences, processes, support tools and systems
• Knowledge of Operators commercial and operational processes and terminology
• Understanding operators' financial considerations to operation
• Understanding of areas adjacent to NW operation, such as Network Engineering & Planning, Network Roll-Out and customer care
• Consulting and presentation skills
• Ability to translate Managed Services solutions into customer value propositions
• Technical skills (Proven Knowledge & Experience of Telecom/Datacom networks from an operational perspective)
• Interviewing skills (Interview management and staff in an open and respectful way)
• Analytical skills (Analyze existing organization, tools and processes on a continuous basis
• Have proven experience in representing the Operator in negotiations with suppliers, customers and other local operators
• Experience in leading organizations facing major changes
• Engineering degree/MBA or equivalent
