The position
In the new area of Cambio, Customer Service Delivery, we deliver several different services and environments to our customers to help them provide innovative, smart, and reliable IT solutions to improve health care and patient safety. We are now looking for a Major Incident Manager in the Technical Service Operations (TSO) department.
As a Major Incident Manager (MIM) you are responsible for overseeing the response to emergency situations that result in significant disruption to the customer and demands a response beyond the routine incident management process. This often means managing multiple relationships with diverse groups of people. The Major Incident Manager is responsible for:
• End-to-end management of all service major incidents
• Leading, driving, facilitating, and chairing all investigation activities, meetings and conference calls (internal and customer facing)
• Complete comprehensive handovers upon incident resolution, liaising with Problem and Change management to strive for continual service improvement.
• Provide verbal and written communications within an agreed SLA.

About you

Teamwork and working independently are equally important in this role, so we think you will thrive in this role if you possess both qualities.
The Major Incident Manager will have contact with various stakeholders both internally and externally with our partners, it is therefore important that you have strong communication as well as collaboration skills.
Requirements
• 3-4 years' experience from Major incident management
• Ability to drive issues between departments/teams
• Good collaboration skills
• University degree or equivalent work experience
• ITIL certification or other relevant Major Incident certification
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English
It's a bonus if you
• Have been operating in an international enterprise organization
• Have experience from a Product and Service provider within the health care sector
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
