Are you a machine tool maintenance technician with high service mind and drive for continuous improvements?
The Maintenance team within Quality & Production Engineering department at Tetra Pak Processing Production Centre Lund is a highly dedicated and quality focused team, responsible for service and maintenance for our production equipment and tools.
In the role as machine tool maintenance technician you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with interesting and varying tasks. Many of your assignments include frequent interactions with other colleagues within our factory, where Swedish is the spoken language.
Tetra Pak Processing Production Centre Lund assemble and test key components and processing units for the food industry. We prioritise Safety First and are working with continuous improvements according to the philosophy of WCM - World Class Manufacturing.
Main responsibilities
• Improve and streamline our production
• Prevent unplanned production stops
• Documentation, e.g. SOP:s, CIL:s (Cleaning, Inspection & Lubrication instruction) and machine and maintenance records
• Participation in improvement project, WCM teams and investigations
Qualifications
We are looking for a machine tool maintenance technician with positive mindset and a drive for continuous improvements. You should be service minded and quality focused and have a talent to collaborate. You need to be clear in your communication, both verbally and in writing. High accuracy is a basic requirement as well as a professional response to both colleagues and suppliers.
To be successful in this position, you have at least five years of experience from working with preventive maintenance (preferably within machine tool mechanic), lathing and milling. General knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulic, electricity and WCM is preferred, and knowledge about PLC programming is an advantage. The position requires that you have excellent skills both verbally and written in Swedish and in English.
