We are now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for Paint Shop & General Assembly!
Description
The Paint Shop & General Assembly Departments, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Manufacturing Organization. The Paint Shop & General Assembly area is responsible for production through pre-treatment, sealing and top coat in Paint Shop, as well as building complete cars in the Assembly Shop.
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will work with
Processes and equipment within Production Coordinate maintenance efforts to be preventive and corrective for environment, quality and delivery Training and coaching staff Work enviroment Internal and external customers and suppliers Problemsolving
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
A technical education or equivalent experience At least 2 years of management experience within maintenance Gladly knowledge and experience of chemicals, adhesives and paints Worked with maintenance management systems Experience of working with foreign suppliers
To be successful in this role you need to have
Ability to make decisions in time Ability to lead others Functional and technical skills Ability to solve problems
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
