This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated person who is eager to grow and to be exposed of a wide range of opportunities as well as be in contact with a broad internal interface.
As Reliability Engineer you will be working through global networks in activities directly linked to customer needs. Your task will be to support our market companies and build capabilities to ensure that maintenance is delivered based on these needs as well as delivered with the expected quality.
The role demands full responsibility for filling lines overall performance effectiveness and to implement line maintenance recommendations for maintenance services.
The position is based in Lund.
Main responsibilities
• Manage the maintenance system and tactics for specific machine platform/systems
• Develop and maintain maintenance strategies and recommendations with emphasis on RCM
• Secure feedback from internal and external users, evaluate, analyze and update recommendations: REM
• Keep a deep technical knowledge and support initiatives and projects within the area of expertise
• Being able to effectively manage the life cycle maintenance cost of equipment supporting a profitable maintenance business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, experience in working for an Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) will be to your advantage.
We think you have a strong technical, hands-on experience, being a Field Service or Test Engineer, Maintenance Reliability Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Maintenance Specialist or the likes there of.
You have a good understanding of maintenance concepts for mechanical equipment found within any manufacturing plant. You have the ability to build networks and deliver results across departments. You also show an analytical mindset combined with agility, drive and a proactive approach.
We think you have a technical diploma or a BSc in Engineering. Knowledge of SAP would of course be considered a plus.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
