Maintenance Services in Tetra Pak Services is globally responsible to develop competitive maintenance services and the capabilities required to achieve excellence in delivery. This we do in close collaboration with the business development and field service operations organizations in the clusters.

Within the organisation the Maintenance Management team is responsible to drive world class Maintenance Management capability to optimise the customer's operational performance throughout the complete lifecycle of the packaging line. This is done by providing relevant and leading processes, tools, competencies and methodologies.
We are looking for a Maintenance Management Specialist to join our team in Lund, Sweden. In this position, you will work in a team of maintenance experts focusing on development & continuous improvements of maintenance services, through the Tetra Pak Maintenance System and operating procedures.
Main responsibilities
• Define and continuously improve standards for maintenance execution, including use of new digital technologies
• Participate/ lead development projects/ continuous improvement activities related to maintenance management
• Make knowledge scanning of best practices related to maintenance execution
• Identify new business requirements related to the Tetra Pak Maintenance System
• Define training requirements and support clusters to excel in maintenance execution
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-motivated person with a high level of drive and who is good at organizing and planning activities. You are a problem solver with great networking skills and analytical capabilities. You have a good level of understanding of customer operation and you can easily and effectively communicate with people on all levels.
To be successful in this position we believe that you have previous experience within the field of maintenance management and probably a University degree within Engineering.
Experience from applying maintenance methodology and digital technologies in practice, as well as working in a global environment is a merit.
A very good command of English, both written and spoken is required.
