About the role
Silex Microsystems is now looking for a Maintenance Engineer within the lithography area. This role is to improve the uptime of key equipment within the manufacturing facility coordinating with service and process engineering teams. This role reports directly to the Lithography Area Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
• Maintenance activities in the area including documentation and training.
• Equipment monitoring through SPC evaluation.
• Contact with equipment vendors for planning of service interventions.
• Improving the uptime of equipment.
• Lead the Service team to find the root cause of failures and document findings.
• Support facility team in installations in the area, modifications, and upgrades to existing tools.
We believe that you:
• Have a university degree within mechanical engineering or similar.
• Experience within an engineering or maintenance role would be beneficial.
• Are interested in a hands-on role that keeps you engaged.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English.
• Are driven, confident and enthusiastic to make a difference.
