Maintenance Engineer

The department Maintenance Engineering is responsible for spare parts and preventive maintenance preparation, investment and maintenance development such as competence/education preparation, work method. We are implementing the concept of VDM, Value Driven Maintenance.

As Maintenance Engineer with specialization PLC technology you will be responsible for the introduction of new programming standard in Sub Assembly. This means that you are responsible for capacity building, preparation of resource and technology needs in VCBC as well as the production of program blocks. This is done in close cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering. You should also be prepared to do tasks throughout the area of ??responsibility of the Department Maintenance Engineering such as spare parts and preventive maintenance preparation and investment and maintenance development.

Main responsibilities

• As a Maintenance Engineer you will be focusing on PLC technology
Pursue the introduction of new standards for new program structure in the PLC environment "block programming"
• Prepare and implement the training requirements needed in Maintenance
• Prepare resource and technology needs
• Contribute to the development of specialist and operator maintenance

Required qualifications

• B.Sc with a technical focus in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical maintenance experience
• PLC knowledge is required (Siemens & Mitsubishi is the hardware)
• Fluent Swedish
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to use general IT tools

• Interpersonal skills and good judgment
• Structured, analytical and problem-solving
• Obviously, you want to work with technology but you are also interested in people
