We are looking for a Maintenance Assignment Leader with focus on Operational Change Management within Delivery to Repurchase (DtR) for the product eCom.
You will drive the development work with deliveries both from Gothenburg and our external contractor in Ukraine. Connecting customer orders with development tasks, combining them into releases and following up on progress. You will also discuss status and needs with customers.
Your profile:
• You have a broad IT background and experience from handling deliveries to customers
• You have experience from running projects or being a team leader.
• You have experience from working in a global team
• You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view always aiming for customer satisfaction
General qualifications and skills:
• General knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English
• Leadership skills
• Communicative team-player
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Knowledge in Microsoft technologies is a plus
• International experience will be considered an advantage
