hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Ustwo i Malmö We're looking for an enthusiastic Mac geek to maintain the IT infrastructure of our Malmö studio during the summer months. Note, it is a part time (50%) paternity leave cover for our IT Manager.
You will have IT support responsibilities over the Malmö studio, which is a wonderful family of 50+ design and tech nerds, to ensure our server and computers keep ticking over nicely. You'll also get support from our IT team in London and New York.
Don't be afraid to think outside the box, we're not shy about change and we would love to be surprised by any initiative that improves the way we work. The company is one of a kind, so this role will be varied, very hands-on, but you'll love it.
SKILLS
Technical knowledge of Apple Mac systems
Experience of IT support
Desire to grow and develop in a technical environment
Responsibilities: Install, configure & maintain all software and hardware at ustwo
Troubleshoot issues including printers, electrical and network infrastructure, application software, system software, & servers
Remain on call at all times to assist any staff members in need of tech support needs
Evangelise IT best practice amongst the company
Back up all critical data & business continuity
Adding and maintaining accounts across the entire IT infrastructure

Character Requirements
You have passion and hunger; particular for Apple systems and IT technologies
Detail oriented, good communicator and self motivated
Excellent organisational skills
You are outgoing, personable, sociable and easy going
You are always ready to learn and to share knowledge
You can deal with pressure and can work in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and spoken English
