Epiroc is a new group coming from the split of Atlas Copco group. MORE is a business transformation program generating value by implementing a common ERP system, M3, in all Epiroc companies. Connecting our Customers Centers, Distribution Centers and Product Companies will allow information to be transparent across companies and thereby help decisions makers to make informed decisions. MORE will also deliver enhanced system support to some of our key business processes reducing manual work and helping us to serve our customers better. The use of modern technology including mobile solutions is part of our digitalization strategy and is key to remain as market leader.
The MORE Program organization is built upon four pillars: Data Readiness, Technology Readiness, Template Readiness and People Readiness. In this role, you will be part of the Data Readiness work stream and lead the work described below.
Mission
Your mission is to secure that the program is successful by:
- Drive harmonization of M3 master data in close cooperation with our global MDM team
- Lead the work to develop the global master data policies for M3 covering Product companies 's, distributions centers and Customer Centers requirements
- Establish KPIs for the M3 master data and be responsible for actions to meet set targets
- Align the work with migration team and collaborate with data cleansing team to secure data quality to be prepared for go live
- Drive the work to establish and implement common global master data processes in close cooperation with process teams
Skills and knowledge
- Relevant University degree
- Solid ERP experience and experience of M3 an advantage
- Experience of work with complex ERP system, master data and preferably migration
- Deep understanding of business processes and how master data effects process quality
- Well structured, analytical and result-driven
- Good ability to give clear directions and motivate people
- Good communication skills
- English language, good level both written and spoken

This position will report to Data readiness manager for the MORE Program. The position is a project role for a term of 18 months with a possible extension. The MORE program is expected to continue until at least 2022. The project office for MORE is located in Örebro, Sweden. If you are not already based in Örebro, frequent travels to the project office will be required.
