Short about the job
In this position, you're accountable for the functionality of our new ERP system M3, which is used in several business processes. You create and deliver on the roadmap for Seco's ERP platform, and you're responsible for setting clear requirements on the maintenance team including, software, infrastructure and our supporting partners. Overseeing the study and implementation of new processes, features and techniques for the area and being accountable for business requirements, authorized IT projects and improvements of specific applications and infrastructure, are also included in your job. In addition, you have staff responsibility which includes managing a diverse team spread across the globe as well as coordinate the process owners for specific M3 supported business processes. Another part of the job is to facilitate contracts and licenses, and of course to work with continuous improvement regarding working methods.

About you
Your great interest and technical understanding will help you succeed in this role! We're looking for someone who holds a university degree or has gained equivalent knowledge through work experience. You have experience within ERP solutions and an understanding of Scrum and ITIL processes. We find it beneficial if you've worked in a similar role before. With experience in leadership and personnel responsibilities within IT, you lead and motivate your team, comfortably working in an international setting. As we're a global organization, excellent written and verbal English skills, are required. Swedish or any other additional languages are a plus.
