Looking for a CRM Data Coordinator to support M2M APAC.

Main mission 1: Ensure the data cleanliness and consistency in salesforce.com, mainly for the Regions of APAC.
Administrates approved developments in the CRM Tool salesforce.com based on predefined requirements given from Central CRM Team. Clarifies and follows up on an any data issue within the tools. Supports Central CRM Team in any applicable issue on request, also for Global topics outside area of responsibility.
Supports in the creation and updates of CRM User Manuals.
Creates region specific manuals related to the CRM system and related documentation for the Regions.
Conducts User Trainings of any kind in APAC specifically.
Conduct and drive any clean up action required in the CRM Tool in the APAC region specifically.
Support in Global Clean up activities on request

Main Mission 2: Ensures that any partner department in need of data from the tools is supported by tool based reports according to the requests.
Based on and aligned with global Standard Reports, she/he creates and administers any kind of management and individual reports in the CRM Tool with regards to regional sales funnels.
Support central CRM Team in the creation of global reporting and process implementation into the CRM Tool on request.
Based on regional specific requirements she/he drives together/his with the central CRM Team developments of the reports and embedded processes to cover local requirements.

Main Mission 3:Administrates m2m Cube based reporting and ensures, that data transferred between the CRM system and the ERP system is free from errors and consistent.
Administrates existing reports published centrally on the BI portal. Creates any special report on request.
Ensures communication of any update in the tool on a regular basis with all involved stakeholders.
Run regular alignment checks between the ERP, the CRM system and the m2m Cube.
Administrates data in the m2m Cube and ensures data consistency.
Create and administrate documentation of any activity related to the data transfer between the systems, to ensure availability of such information.

Main Mission 4: Supports the regular Sales Forecast and Budget process.
Prepare the monthly global FRM KPIs files as input for the regional management. Support the administration of the global FRM reports and create additional KPI reports on demand.

Commercial / business administration background
Experience
At least 2 years working experience in a Sales Support
CRM system experience mandatory

Professional Knowledge
Salesforce.com (or other/his CRM system) and SAP Knowledge
Deep detailed Excel know how is mandatory
