Solteq?s LS Nav and LS Retail business are growing and we are strengthening our team with a LS Nav (LS Retail, POS) Consultant to deliver projects to our customers in the Nordics.
Job description
As a LS Nav (LS Retail, POS) Consultant you will work close to the customer's managers and responsible people within the POS and Store area to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements aligned to business objectives to gain full understanding of current business processes. You are responsible for documenting the business requirements, what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Selection of tasks and responsibilities
• Configure and customize the LS Nav application to meet the customer's business requirements.
• Collaborate with customer's Store/POS Manager and other key people.
• Documenting of the whole process.
• Facilitate the customer's decision-making process.
• Develop the functional design document.
• Create development design specifications for developers.
• Conduct feature testing of standard and independent software vendor (ISV) solution functionality and assist in the identification and creation of test scenarios.
• Eventually work with customers in the maintenance phase including problem solving, new features designing and implementations etc.
Selection of professional experience
• Knowledge of the LS Nav in POS and Store point of view.
• In-depth knowledge of store processes and function in POS systems.
• Experience from evaluating the customer's business processes against the standard LS Nav system.
• Experience in the hospitality area within Retail is an advantage.
• Experience in Retail business is an advantage.
Requirements
• Education: BBA, MBA or similar.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, writing and speaking.
• Able to travel within Sweden and occasionally in the Nordics.
Personal characteristics
You are an efficient, responsible problem-solver with a positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team. You have the ability to see the big picture as well as the details throughout the whole process. You are well experienced and confident in the decision making within your area.

Location and working time
Central Stockholm, full time (100 %). Travels within Sweden and to Norway and Finland may occur.
