hela Sverige As LPG Controller and head of the controlling team for System Integration, you will be part of the unit's management team and act as a business partner supporting all managers and especially the LPG manager, to whom you also directly report, with a functional reporting line to the regional controller. Your responsibility includes to manage an engaged team of local project controlling specialists. It includes guiding, motivating, and developing your employees and make sure that the controlling area is properly organized, staffed and skilled. You will ensure that your function acts as expert in questions concerning economy and finance.
Your main mission will be to deliver the financial targets in each quarter, in close collaboration with your team, the management team, and project managers. This includes both high quality forecasts of results and cash flow, and ensuring the delivery of the projects according to the plan. Furthermore, you will ensure financial and commercial aspects of future business during the tender and risk review phase. In addition to project controlling, your team is also responsible for the monthly closings of the unit, covering the full financial package including responsibility for follow-up on expenses.

You have a Bachelor degree in Economics, alternatively several years' experience from a similar position. Leadership experience, preferably as a line manager, is considered an additional value. You are well familiar with SAP and you are a skilled Excel user. Commercial acumen and knowledge about taxes, currency management, bank guarantees, payment securities, SOX and ProMIS is also advantageous.
You are fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike.
You will be part of System Integration & Substation Services in Västerås. Our business unit designs and delivers complete substations for distribution and transmission grids and also serves the after sales market to our business. The complete substations mainly comprise high and medium voltage apparatus, transformers, protection and control systems, auxiliary power systems as well as commissioning and installation work. ABB System Integration & Substations Services in Sweden has approximately 200 employees, largest location is Västerås but we also have offices in Ludvika, Göteborg, Norrköping and Sundsvall. It is a part of our Northern Europe HUB and is one of our larger units (LPGs) in System Integration.
