hela Sverige Swagotom AB is a limited company that operates two businesses, a convenience store in Farsta Strand and an Indian restaurant located near Sigtuna Municipal House in Märsta.
We are looking for a retail assistant with a high work ethic and like to make new customer contacts and are service oriented. The tasks are varied, as a retail assistant, you participate in all appropriate tasks in the store, such as ordering goods, receiving goods, picking, package management, sales, cash services, cash reconciliation and customary appropriate tasks.
To enjoy the tasks you should be Hands on, task oriented and resourceful-Customer and business focused-Performance, achievement and results driven, Able to work well with other members and colleagues, Display leadership, and be motivational and inspirational to staff-Possessed with pleasing personality and positive attitude-Willing to assume responsibility-Creative , flexible, punctual, motivated, have good computer skills; You must be good at the Swedish language in order to perform the profession. If necessary you have to work our restaurant, Indian Paradise one day a week.
Other qualifications
• Minimum 3 years previous documented working experience in stores
• At least passed Secondary School Certificate Examination
• Can communicate in English
• It is an advantage but not required if you speak Bengali because most of our employees in our company speaks Bengali
• FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE WHILST MAINTAINING AGILITY AND COMPOSURE so you are all or most of the above. Yes then you are the kind of person our company is eager to recruit! You will be rewarded with an attractive salary according to Swedish Collective Agreement. Your working hours will be 30 hours per week, i.e. 75%.
