Perido is searching for a Logistics/Technical assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their beautiful office nicely located in Stockholm.
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. You will (among other things):
Operational tasks on the premises
Inventory, copying and filing;
Logistics during meetings; i.e. assist in technical matters;
Installation of technical equipment;
Minor maintenance activities
Internal removals, furniture re-shuffle, stationary
Perform any other supporting task assigned by the supervisor.
To be successful in this role you must have a high level of service orientation and customer service spirit. You have the ability to work under pressure and handle responsibilities and remaining calm under pressure. Required qualifications
Experience in tools and techniques for minor maintenance works in an office environment.
Experience in managing and executing small internal office removals
Service minded and customer oriented
Autonomous in managing service requests
Proactive attitude
Excellent command of English; oral and written
