We offer
A challenging position in an organization that undergoes significant change. You will be a part of the Customer Service Logistics team for Northern Europe and work with below tasks:

Warehouse management
• Ensure good level of performance in close collaboration with the external warehouse provider and company stakeholders
• Regular on site meetings and audits at the warehouse
• Maintain effective and long term working relationships
• Process and control invoices from warehouse provider
• Identify and implement potential cost savings
• Take appropriate measures based on stakeholder feedback

Freight management
• Ensure good level of delivery performance
• Maintain effective and long term working relationships
• Process and control invoices from forwarders
• Identify and implement potential cost savings
• Lead tender negotiations (with support from purchasing department)
• Take appropriate measures based on stakeholder feedback

Process / project management
• Manage projects in cooperation with external/internal parties
• Participate in cross functional projects
• Continuously improve processes within logistic functions

Daily operational tasks
• Monitor the interface between SAP and other internal/external systems and take appropriate actions in case of deviations
• Monitor the deliveries to service engineers and B2B/B2C customers and take appropriate actions in case of deviations
• Monitor the inbound deviations and take appropriate actions in case of deviations
• Support other NE departments with logistic questions
• Update logistic KPI reports and take appropriate actions
• Provide statistics and reports as requested

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following criteria:
• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience within relevant area
• Minimum 3 years of working with Spare Parts Logistics
• Project management training, for instance within Lean Six Sigma
• Analytical, structured and organized
• Excellent system skills with focus on SAP and Excel
• Fluent in English, Nordic language skills is a plus
