This role is a recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by Storck. This position works for the Storck unit responsible for the area "Europe North", and is placed in Malmö.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Work tasks
In the logistic side of the position, the jobholder is responsible for maintaining and entering our customer orders and help our customers with high-level service. You will work with registration of new products and will have close contact with the Sales and Marketing departments. You will also work closely with our distributors to help them grow, with a focus on forecast process and close communication. Furthermore, the position consists of assisting the Logistic Manager in project related questions.
The IT-coordinator part consists of maintaining our CRM system with input from the Sales organization. In cooperation with the IT department in Germany you will also support with day-to-day IT questions. You will also support the central IT department with installation of new IT equipment (e.g. computers, mobile devices) and installation / update of different software solutions. Included is also to maintain masterdata i.e customer, materials and prices in SAP.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
Education, experiences and personal characteristics
• Education with focus on administration or logistic (or relevant experience)
• A talent and an interest within IT
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent Swedish and English skills
• Previous experience of SAP, Prevas and/or Valido (nice to have)
