Hankook Tire Sweden AB(in InfraCity, Upplands Väsby) is operating in Sweden to take care of business including Norway, Denmark, Finaland and Iceland.
To provide better service Hankook Tire Sweden AB would like to recruite a logistics assistant with below job description.
1) Receiving orders from customers
2) Order input in SAP system and transfer to HQ and EUHQ
3) management of shipment schedule from the factories
4) Order monitoring and tracking through SAP & e_mail
communication with each factory and our G.HQ and Regional HQ & customers
5) Daily communication with customers in Scandinavian
countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark & Iceland)
regarding sales operation.
6) Gathering and analysis Competitor?s price and market information
7) Regular report to MD and Sales operation Manager by e_mail
a) Daily
• Urgent issues which are being requested from customers
• answering requests from HQ, EUHQ and customers
b) Weekly
• Outstanding order status by customers
(SAP download -> Excel file ; every Monday and Thursday)
• Pending issues (every Friday)
c) Monthly
• Order booking summary (daily report during order
booking period)
