We are looking for a dedicated contractor who will be working at an European company based in Stockholm.

You shall maintain and provide an accurate asset inventory, following regular procedures for managing the companies property and performing labelling/scanning activities for tracking assets. You shall guarantee that items listed in the asset management system exist physically and that physically assets appear in the inventory database. You shall ensure that the total stock levels of the assets and no assets fall below the minimum quantity defined by the company and that they are punctually distributed to the proper requestors.

The tasks of the service mentioned above, shall include but is not limited to;

• Providing support to the companies staff for ordering according to the defined companies minimum stock
• Supervise and sort out users requests
• Reception of office supplies delivery
• Office supplies distribution to the users
• Check and replace maintenance kits according to the maintenance schedule and recommendations
• Assisting in the management of the companies assets and stock rooms
• Shifting furniture and manual transport of equipment
• Creating asset labels with barcode numbers
• Scanning asset items
• Monitoring location, movement and acquisition of assets
• Managing and maintaining assets and office supply stock data in the companies databases and IT system
• Monitoring of minimum quantities of stock and communicate information to FM on a regular basis
• Organizing shipment services
• Dealing with external suppliers or service providers
• Daily checking of meeting rooms
• Preparing meeting rooms and changing the layout following specific requests
• Providing assistance with the organization and running of meetings
• Moving furniture in the meeting rooms and the common areas
• Checking and refilling regularly printing paper and First Aid Boxes, located throughout the building
• Management of seating allocation
• Organization of internal moves
• Office reconfigurations
• Processing extra furniture requests
• Drawing plans with AutoCAD program
• Answering internal and external customers inquiries and incoming calls

You have;

• At least three years of relevant proven experience, having gained the relevant knowledge in the fields of the services requested
• Thorough knowledge of Swedish with very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
• Proficient use of MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook and Auto CAD
• Good knowledge of the major standard multifunctional printers
