• Lead controlling so that the overall goals set are met and that the decisions made are implemented.
• Set concrete goals for controlling department, as well as follow up, communicate and make visible goals and results for the department.
• Initiate, plan, lead and implement improvement projects within their area of responsibility.
• Budget responsibility for controlling cost center.
• Responsible for reporting and that all laws and regulations as well as the Electrolux Group's internal requirements are complied with.
• Bookkeeping/accounting in the financial system.
• Annual report.
• Communication with external auditors.
• Responsible for cash flow.
• Monitoring of customer and supplier contracts.
• Deposits and withdrawals.
• Financing and cash flow planning.
• Responsible for the budget work in the company.
• Responsible for calculation models and product calculations.
• Accounting and payment of all statutory taxes and fees.
• Responsible for the accounting modules in our business system.
• Archiving of annual reports, concluded agreements and other documentation.
• The financial manager must have an operational role and act as back-up for critical tasks in the financial department. This means that the financial manager must master all registration and processing of supplier and customer invoices, monitoring and execution of payments, salary administration and salary payments as well as accounting for VAT and taxes/fees.
Competency requirements:
• University education with an economic focus. Documented experience of financial responsibility at a medium-sized company.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations in accounting, taxes and related areas.
• In-depth knowledge of Electrolux accounting principles and rules.
• Understanding and knowledge of logistics and warehouses
• In-depth knowledge of our Monitor business system.
• Good IT skills.
• Good knowledge in English.
• Knowledge of the company's environmental policy, waste management and environmental goals.
