hela Sverige You will be part of HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) in Ludvika, a business unit within the division Power Grids. HVDC develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. This ABB developed HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. HVDC is also used to connect power systems.
HVDC LightTM was developed by ABB and is in hot demand on the market today. The technology is particularly suitable for power systems where overhead power lines cannot be built or where power systems need boosting. HVDC Light is also used to connect offshore structures such as platforms and wind farms and offers a good answer to today's demand for environment friendly solutions.

As our HR Business Partner you need to have education within the field, preferably through a degree and if possible in combination with leadership experience. You have a background in HR and deliver excellent results in collaboration with others. If you have previous HR Business Partner experience it is regarded as an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have experience from working in large global businesses and/or have operational HR experience. Since you will be working in both a local and international environment it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.

To be successful in this position you need initiative and excellent communication skills in combination with enthusiasm and confidence. We also value your genuine interest in people as well as your business mind and ability to make sound decisions. It is equally important that you work well with others and have a modest and respectful attitude to people you work with. Since you will be working with a lot of different people it is important that you have the ability to adapt your communication depending on the situation and are able to see things from different perspectives.
