In this position, your main goal will be to partner with the business leaders in the three units to implement business people strategies supporting the business- and people strategy. You will provide operational HR support to the business managers in performance management, retention management, organizational development, labor relations, people leadership and development of high performing teams. You will work in close collaboration with HR network. You position will be based in Ludvika.
You will be a part of the local management teams in Ludvika and Piteå, and report to the Local Product Group Manager of Transformers Service and functionally to the Strategic HR Business Partner in the HUB.
You will also have a coordinating role with the other Swedish HR Business partners in the Power Transformers HUB where you are the first pint of contact with BU. The coordination role can include some reporting and implementation of common processes with local HR, country HR and global HR as examples.
To be successful in this role you need to be able to work independently, take initiatives and apply established standards to your areas of responsibility. You are a person who can see the whole picture of current situations and the ability to make plans and bring them into action. We are looking for a positive, reliable, and result driven person. You are also responsive and motivated to focus on operational HR and find it easy to cooperate in a global environment. You will frequently instruct and coach other professionals so your social skills must be well-developed.
As preferred qualifications we want you to have a university degree from the HR field and a couple of years of experience in HR work with a broad perspective, including previous work with change management and negotiations. Preferably, you have previously worked in the manufacturing industry in an international organization. It is important that you can express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
You will be part of Power Transformers in Ludvika, a business unit within the division Power Grids. We manufacture power transformers and reactors up to the highest occurring powers and voltages. The unit also offers diagnostics, oil reclaiming, service and spare parts to customers around the world. The Transformer unit in Ludvika has the core competence within the ultra-high voltage levels that are required to transfer a large amount of energy over long distances. Most of the new technology for power transformers is developed here in Ludvika.
