Job description
Are you interested in working within a global network? Pantos is expanding and we are now looking for a Load Planner, based in Vaggeryd. You will be working in an international environment where English is our main language.
Your day will include
* Communication with clients and partners.
* Book freights and haulers.
* Planning truck load, costumer pickup, employee sales
* Inform the sales person/customer/agents of any additional costs
* Analysis of distribution costs
* Monitoring and tracking of shipments
* Insure shipment of 100% of the orders
This is initially a consultant role, which means that you will be employed by Manpower and work as a consultant at Pantos. For the right person, the possibilities are great for being recruited to Pantos.
Who are you?
You are a customer orientated person, strong communicator and a good administrator. You are comfortable in Office, especially Excel. It's important that you are efficient at multitasking and have the right logistical mindset. Specific requirements for the role include:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Problem solver, paying strong attention to details, highly organized.
* Ability to think outside the box
* Monitoring and upholding high quality of service to clients both internally and externally.
