As a result of Boleros successes in recent years and continued increase in demand for our services we are seeking new employees within Red Hat. Bolero is expanding its Red Hat competence network providing Professional Services to our existing and new customers; some of which are globally based.

Requirements Technician:
• Minimum 5+ years? experience in UNIX/Linux administration of systems in a Corporate / Academic environment

• Excellent customer service, communication and documentation skills, as well as ability to interact and communicate with team members globally

• Motivated & capable of working alone or within a team and under pressure.

• The Ability to discuss & present to technicians & management.

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and skillfully

• Solid understanding of networking and strong Linux troubleshooting skills required

• Preferred experience with hardware - i.e CISCO, SAN, Server Room infrastructure

• Preferred experience with ITIL

• Knowledge in Database (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle)
