Kambi are in the middle of a DevOps transformation and are building a sustainable organisation for the future. For our Engineering Operations department, we are searching an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with automation skills. We are looking for people who are passionate to learning modern technologies, thrives when collaborating with others, have an agile mindset and are solution oriented.

Engineering Operations supports the infrastructure of the organization and the success of our partners. We ensure a stable environment twenty-four seven, year-round and we like open source in all flavours.

The role
In this role, you'll build and maintain on-prem infrastructure with a wide variety of technologies around the globe. You'll do this by delivering reliable, scalable, and universally available systems.
Technologies we are working with today include Ubuntu, OpenBSD, Cumulus, infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NTP), globally hosted servers, virtualization (KVM), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix), automation (Puppet, Ansible) and cloud computing (OpenStack).
Together with your teammates, you will be operationally responsible for our infrastructure, including taking part in 3rd line standby rotation.
Who are you?
We're looking for a solution-oriented team player with a solid background in Linux. It is also beneficial if you have experience with infrastructure automation, basic understanding of networking (such as dynamic routing, data centre switching, site-to-site VPNs) and a "security first" approach.
An agile mindset is crucial for us, and additionally experience working with Ubuntu, Openstack and Puppet profiles would be a great fit within this team.
