hela Sverige We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Department Management team, in the role as Line Manager. Your role
Your role as Line Manager will be combined partly with a leading role in one of our Customer or R&D projects. Your main tasks will include personnel related matters including recruiting, target setting and follow-up, salary reviews, budgeting etc. You will also play an active part in the costumer- and R&D projects helping guide your team in the development of world-class customized Army Command & Control systems.
The position involves close cooperation with our Projects Managers and technical leaders, as well with the other Line Managers, where you together, actively seek opportunities for improvement, innovative solutions and new methods. Both for your respective teams, projects and customers.
The majority of our business are focusing on our home market and the Swedish Army, but we also manage export customers outside of Sweden. As Section Manager, you will have a clear responsibility for managing the Section and allocated Teams. The main activities are situated in Järfälla, Sweden where our development takes place.
The Land Department is one of three departments in a Product Unit Air & Land, with profit & loss responsibility in the Business Unit Digital Battlespace Solution. As Line manager in the Land Department, you will report directly to the Head of Land Department.
Your profile
We expect you have a Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., military degree), you also need to be able to communicate in both Swedish and English without hindrance due to the fact that this role involves a lot of different interactions. As a leader we think that you need to have high cooperation qualities that can contribute with drive, enthusiasm and are interested in developing people and our customer needs.
We believe that you have a good understanding of Management of production and projects with a considerable amount of software and hardware content. Experience and/or knowledge in Defence Command & Control is an advantage. In return, we can offer skilled colleagues, technically advanced products and challenging projects.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be part of Business Unit Digital Battlespace Solutions (DBS) and Product Unit Air and Land. Department Land is growing and at the moment consist of about 60 team members divided in to 3 sections. This role will be responsible for one of those sections.
