The office is located in their factories in Vadstena.
You will be an important part of the continuous development of the finance function and report to the Head of Finance Water BU Nordics.

ArbetsuppgifterYou will be responsible for the financial reporting to the Group, the budget and planning cycle as well as the follow-up of internal controls and Group policies.
• Provide accurate, timely qualitative and quantitative financial support for the LE
• Be an active sparring partner for the factory management team
• Benchmark the performance of LE operations with prior years, budget and forecast
• Identify business risks and opportunities within area of responsibility.
• Identify and resolve ERP and operating process gaps.
• Support the factory management team and legal entity management team by supplying information with consolidated reporting and analysis in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide business planning, forecasting, and budgeting know how and support to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that Sulzer Internal Control Systems are always enforced.
• Timely and accurate update corporate financial reporting
• Internal and external audit
• Ad hoc support in all areas of financial performance
• Supports Water BU Nordics finance head in any additional activities as required
ProfilAs an individual, you are responsible and work systematically to achieve the goals of your work. Previous experience from a large international organization is a big plus. You must have the drive to improve processes and work proactively. As a person, you are also a doer and can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. Previous experience with SAP is a big plus.
We also see that you are a team player, a good listener and adaptable.
Framgångsfaktorer
• University Exam in Finance or Controlling
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Control
• Good economic analysis
• Good knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
• Business fluency in English and Swedish
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
