As Legal Counsel of APSIS you will assist the APSIS Organisation with all kinds of legal related work, primarily focusing on customer and supplier agreements. You will mainly work with commercial law with a focus on commercial agreements, IT and personal data. Your duties will include, inter alia, to independently review and negotiate agreements and provide the privacy perspective to development of APSIS' products and services. Work will be performed mostly in the English language.
Who are you?
We expect you to have a law degree (MSc of Law or a "Svensk juristexamen") and have 2+ years' experience after graduation of qualified legal work at a company, a law firm or similar. You should be focused on commercial law, preferably with a specialisation in commercial agreements and personal data. Experience from M&A is an advantage.
As a person you are a skilled and qualitative legal professional with integrity that is also pragmatic, driven and results oriented. You also possess social and cooperation skills. You master the Swedish and English language very well, both verbally and in writing.
