Experis Finance is looking for a Brand Manager for our client located in Malmö. Experis AB will employ you and the assignments' duration is 6 months starting in February.
Our client who is a global paints and coatings company have a need of a Brand Manager & Activation Denmark. You will be responsible of defining and implement our client's products in the Nordic marketing plan into the Danish market. You will work towards the channel called "Trade", which means the professional and consumer stores that distributes and sells their premium products.
You will be part of our client 's Nordic Marketing Function - based in Malmö. Your daily stakeholders will be their sales reps and local costumers where you drive the channel activation. Internally you work close with your marketing colleagues, such as the other brand managers as well as our Social Media Manager. You will also be responsible of creating local content for DIY and Professional painters.
Other responsibilities:
* Handle local PR and sponsor activities/events
* Participate and contribute in local sales/customer events e.g. product training, trade fairs etc.
* Lead information flow towards sales, stores and local functions
* Give and lead the local input and feedback on digital color needs on the Nordic market.
Requirements
To mantle this role we believe you have the following background:
* Bachelor in Business Economics/Marketing or equivalent
* 2 - 4 years' experience within a marketing or sales function
* Project management skills for marketing projects
* Fluent in the English as well as one of the Nordic languages with the ability to understand Danish on a professional level
* Experience from store communication on strategic/operational level and from working with CRM systems is of advantage.
To be successful in this position you need to have a business and results driven mindset with a strong customer focus in everything you do. You are able to drive multiple projects simultaneously and able to switch between strategic and operational tasks.
As a person you are a structured, open-minded team player and a self-going "doer" with speed and engagement. You get yourself through with your exceptional communication and presentation skills.
