The SKF Academies are in place to align the major initiatives, making sure that SKF identifies the critical competence needs in the business and delivering sound competence development activities. They do this in cooperation with country HR and Group HR functions - all to make sure SKF has the capabilities to deliver value to our customers today and tomorrow
We are now looking for a Learning Specialist to work in the central Learning Team in Group HR. This small team is focused on setting the common and global framework, exploring and implementing methods and tools that supports effective learning and making sure that best practises are shared between Academies and countries.
Responsibilities include
As a Learning Specialist in our small team you will work with different aspects of learning, but are expected to focus on:
• Exploring and evaluating new methods and tools within learning (for example mobile, mirco- and video) to see where and how they can be of value for SKF
• Developing and supporting an active communication and sharing between Group HR, Academies and Country HR to explore synergies and re-use knowledge
• Supporting the Academies in creating learning activities and shaping their competence development portfolios, also including hands-on work with for example designing and implementing delivery methods
We are looking for you who has experience from learning, preferably from another international company in the industrial sector and with this the understanding of the challenges of people development in larger organizations, and who would like to use this experience to be part of driving the next generation of learning in SKF.
You have a good grip on the external learning supplier market and experience from using a variety of tools and methods. You have excellent communication skills, a collaborative and curious mind-set and like to work in an environment of international networking where you give professional support to SKF colleagues. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

They need to be a self-starter who can tolerate ambiguity and uneven workloads.
