We are looking for a highly qualified Learning consultant that can work independently and with leadership teams and stakeholders such as Strategy, Group Analytics etc to secure strategic competence and increased performance by performing competence gap analysis and ensuring that effective and efficient learning solutions are planned, developed, implemented and evaluated with clear alignment to business strategies and job requirements.

The position also holds a special responsibility for ensuring global learning content for Ericsson Wide areas (e.g. business acumen, financial skills, communication & personal development, strategical thinking, innovation, analytical skills etc) in cooperation with stakeholders, by creating own content or using global suppliers.

To be successful we think that you have a long background within L&D, consulting or similar, are good at stakeholder management and have an analytical mindset. You are a good project manager, creative and good at communication. You are used to managing suppliers and preferably you have a long experience working with learning suppliers for the covered areas - you know the good ones and the ones to avoid, and you can agree and manage goals, content and costs.

The role is based in Sweden reporting to the Global Head of Competence Readiness for Group Functions & Ericsson Wide, in Group Function HR Learning & Development.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Identify competence gaps and learning needs by analyzing and discussing with stakeholders
Create strategies and plans to close prioritized gaps and agree with stakeholders
Design, develop, implement and evaluate learning solutions
Select and manage global learning suppliers to ensure effective and cost efficient learning solutions
Work with relevant Academy sites and drive promotion campaigns to ensure visibility of selected learning solutions
Consult and coach on Learning & Development

Formal Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Primary degree preferably in Learning & Development or a business/technology field
Relevant work experience from Learning & Development or similar
Consultancy experience is highly desirable
Documented experience working with senior stakeholders, leadership teams etc
Experience at working with (learning) suppliers
Fluent in English (oral and written)
