As instructor you will deliver and customize training products for external Ericsson customers and internal Ericsson employees.
You will deliver courses both at our Academy center in Gothenburg and at customer premises around the world.
Qualifications
You have knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge. You enjoy working with people from around the world and across various disciplines. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.
You have a genuine desire in teaching others both in classroom and through new methods such as E-learning, virtual learning etc.
You are innovative and creative
You should also have:
• A Bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent or Diploma in Education
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Technical skills in Datacom and Microwave technologies
• Technical skills in IP and routing
