National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS) builds on the Saab Automobile AB legacy of innovative power, quality, progressive design and a firm commitment to environmental and safety issues. Our aim is to be a front runner in the automotive industry, with focus on electric vehicles.
Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.
The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.
Description
As we are approaching start of production, we are looking for a Lean Production Coordinator who will, in consultation with our Plant Managers and local coordinators, develop and support the implementation of Lean Production throughout the production cycle.
This role includes,
• training and supporting the business with necessary skills
• proposing, implementing and developing methods and tools
in the field
• coordinating the development and implementation of methods
and processes between our plants
• cross-functional work
• working with the efficiency of bringing value-adding activities
• leading and managing projects
• benchmarking
The work may also involve some travel.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
• at least 10 years experience in the automotive industry and Lean Production
• documented management experience
You master English, both spoken and written.
The work requires considerable independence and you need to have
• good communication skills, both spoken and written
• functional and technical skills
• a solution-oriented and a coaching approach
• good collaborative skills and establish good relationships
Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
