Lean Director
Work description
You will be our European Lean expert.
In cooperation with the Plant Manager and the Lean representative at each plant you will have the responsibility to implement and maintain Lean processes in Albany plants all over Europe.
You develop the strategic Lean plan and the mindset of continous improvement.
You can be based in a European country, preferably
Sweden, but also in France or Germany.
You report to V P Manufacturing
Applicant profile
You are a Lean process expert. You have a technical education on University level and at least 5 years documented experience from successful working with improvement processes in a leading position within the manufacturing industry, preferably the automotive industry.
As a person you are ambitious, driven and have a natural leader profile.
You are an outward person and you have a private situation that permits extensive travelling within Europe.
