1. Deliver coaching to GLT, executives, and corporate employees
2. Ensure quality of coaching by following up with participants and handling of incoming feedback
3. Keep updated on Hästens products, business strategy and goals
4. Support business vision and values and live the Hästens way role model
5. Perform Executive and leadership coaching based on organisational needs
6. Perform one-to-one or group coaching for leaders or executives, designed to bring about more effective and healthier organization
7. Passing on a set of skills used by leaders in the organisation on a day-to-day basis that enhances the performance of their people
8. Develop a more effective leadership style or manner
9. Improve interpersonal or communication skills
10. Speed up personal development and develop "superstar" workers
11. Engage in career development & planning
12. Deal with conflict and learn conflict-management skills
13. Recognise and implement effective staff development together with HR
Desired Skills, Experience and personality traits
• You have 5-10 years' experience of working within or towards companies with coaching and leadership development
• You have a strong passion for developing people and a coaching approach
• Deals well with senior executives; understands the thinking patterns of top executives; uses business acumen and pattern language; and develops appropriate methods.
• Politically savvy; uses sensitivity in an organisational setting; strategically plans and thinks; identifies corporate politics as a necessary function and adapts well to it.
• You have excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• You are self-initiated and used to organize your work on a daily basis
• You are computer literate (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, Sales system etc.)
